Refund & Cancellation

Thank you for choosing Screenify. We stand behind our product quality, but we also want to ensure that our refund and cancellation terms are completely transparent.

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active at your current plan tier until the end of the billing cycle, after which it will automatically downgrade.

2. Refund Terms

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscription plans. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of competitor visual crawls or digests within the first 14 days of activation, you can request a full refund by contacting support.

3. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for billing cycles where significant crawling quotas (over 50% of the monthly store checks) have already been utilized, or in cases of abuse of the terms of service.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
