At Screenify, infrastructure security and data compliance are baked into everything we build. As e-commerce operators ourselves, we know how critical trust is.

1. Enterprise-Grade Encryption

All connections to the Screenify platform are encrypted using transport-layer security (TLS 1.3). Database storage (provided by Supabase) is encrypted at rest using AES-256 with key management handled by secure hardware modules.

2. Safe & Non-Intrusive Crawling

Our crawler agents identify themselves clearly, respect website rate limits, and only check publicly accessible HTML and image assets. We do not attempt to bypass administrative portals, firewalls, or user account security on monitored competitor stores.

3. Regulatory Compliance

- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation): We act as a data controller for our users' account details and as a data processor for competitor store targets. We process data under strict data protection agreements.
- CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act): We respect California consumers' rights to delete, inspect, or manage their personal data files.
